Probation Officers conduct pre-sentence investigations and recommend appropriate sentence to the District Court Judge. Monitors probationers compliance with terms and conditions of probation. Enforces all judgment orders of the District Court Judge relating to probation cases, to include, but not limited to, treatment requirements, payment of fines and costs, jail sentences, and community service.
Local Sobriety Court Coordinators act as the local county informational contact for the Regional DWI Sobriety Court; attend Sobriety Court team meetings and court hearings; assist Case Managers in servicing participants in the local county with report days, drug testing and other program activities; assist Case Managers in coordinating field visits with local Sheriff Department/law enforcement agencies; assist Case Managers with data entry.
